Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-11-02
HamTestHub is designed to work without collecting personal information.
No accounts
You do not need to sign up or log in. We do not ask for your name, email or call sign to use the practice tests.
Progress saved in your browser
Your recent exam scores and missed question IDs are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time with the "Clear my saved progress" button on a test page, or by clearing your browser's site data.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request information, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
HamTestHub itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy first and describe what is collected and how to opt out.
Affiliate links
Some pages include paid links to Amazon. HamTestHub is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. If you click one of these links, you leave our site, and Amazon may use cookies to track the referral and any purchase. That data is handled under Amazon's privacy notice, not by us. We never see your name, address or payment details. See our disclaimer for more.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply and, for correction reports, to fix the content.
Children
Many young people earn ham radio licenses. Because we do not collect personal information through the site, the practice tests can be used without sharing any personal data.
